A New Blog Journey
01.09.26
Finally… I’m about 95% done with this website. It’s been about 2 months since I’ve been here and a month since I piled up together for a tiny website. If I didn’t have the program Visual Studio Code, I would have given up and just been on Wordpress. But I think Wordpress is more complicated than coding from scratch. How do people even work around such a mess?
Anyway, I’ve gotten somewhere and it’s one of my first goals of the new year that’s almost completed. I’m quite excited about it. There’s a bunch of games I want to fangirl (even if it’s for myself) about games and such. And hopefully, help me with my path of being a chaos of an artist.
Social media ruined a lot of my spirit in art and other media. I wish I got out in time before the big let down hit. But what can I do anymore? All I can do is get back on my feet and try again. Don’t expect any grand creations. While I have 20+ years of editing, I’m pretty sure I'm very rusty.
What are you going to post? So, I used to do a lot of fanwork of my favorite things such as: Jpop, Kpop, anime and all that weeb stuff. I don’t think I’ll go back fully on that, but I want to create something from time to time. But I also want to make original things. I did a lot of photo manipulation and a mix of painting and 3D. I was even in the middle of messing around with Blender before I lost my motivation.
Another one, as I said earlier, write about my thoughts on the games I play. I also want to replay the games I’ve played back when I was a kid and see how I think about it as an adult. I love revisiting childhood. Nostalgia has entered (like usual) and I feel like bringing back things into my life to get away from the issues social media has created and AI.
So yeah. It won’t be exciting, as this site is mainly for myself really. Also my skills in English suck. But hey, at least it’s not AI written. Ha! I look forward to getting away from the madness and being back on the slow side.
